Our purpose is to offer a wide range of high quality, responsive and person-centred services that strive to meet the entire social care needs of the diverse community.
Through developing a well trained, committed and motivated workforce, our service helps to support and maintain the independence of the individual by giving them greater choice and control over the way their needs are met.

Commitment to service improvement is a crucial part of our quality vision, whereby we continually explore ways in which we can improve the design and delivery of services.
Quality services and better outcomes are assisted by our robust knowledge based systems.

We ensure that Service Users, and their carers, are consulted and involved in the designing of individual care plans to provide the outcomes identified in the Green Paper, Independence, well-being and choice and the subsequent White Paper, Our health, our care, our say: a new vision for community services.

We are also well aware of the complexities and stresses involved in home care and how there needs to be a robust infrastructure that provides adequate control and support over all systems and processes within the organisation.

COMPANY STATEMENT
The Direct Health Group is committed to providing the highest quality care and support for all our  service users. We work in partnership with our commissioning authorities, the Care Quality Commission and our private customers to ensure that services respond to, and meet individual needs and wishes. We have an ongoing programme of high quality training and supervision which is delivered to all care and support staff.
When tendering for services we do so at a realistic price that ensures we are able to achieve the quality our customers deserve whilst appropriately remunerating our staff for delivering an exemplary service sometimes in difficult and challenging circumstances.
